Soundness Contract for Bank Branches 2018 - Caixabank

OCA Global has been awarded the contract for the Solidity Inspection of Caixabank Offices - 2018 Campaign, consisting of carrying out maintenance audits of bank offices in terms of the stability of false ceiling fixings, air conditioning installations, exterior signs and other elements of the office building. The incidents observed are classified according to the degree of urgency of the correction, type and scope, information with which Caixabank subsequently makes its forecasts for maintenance plans and actions in the bank branches. 

The areas awarded in this 2018 campaign are the Canary Islands, Levante and Catalonia, with a total of 259 offices to be inspected.

OCA Global has also been involved in previous campaigns from 2014 to 2017, providing its knowledge and experience in the methodology of the works, as a remarkable novelty in this 2018 campaign, it has gone a step further by implementing the work through tablets for data entry in situ, dumping and generation of inspection sheets, as well as preparation of lists of work monitoring and statistics of incidents requested, which will improve times, optimize processes and give greater profitability to the contract.
