OCA Global provided services as Owner Engineers for the construction of the 300 MW Rabigh PV plant. The OE services provided are divided into two (2) phases: 

1. Design Review (review of the suitability and feasibility of the proposals provided by the awarded EPC Contractor based on the RFP documents)
2. Construction Supervision (to ensure that the execution of the works is correct and in accordance with the project specifications. 

Technical support to the Client's team on all technical issues arising during the construction phase); and Phase 2B: Commissioning Follow-up (on-site inspections, specific test procedures, commissioning, PR-Test and PAC).
