UNE-EN 66181
What is it?
The UNE 66181 standard establishes guidelines focused on the identification of certain characteristics that define the quality of virtual training in relation to its users. The key factors covered by the standard are: general information, employability, ease of assimilation, and accessibility.
The standard allows virtual training providers to identify the quality of their offered content in a clear and recognized way, and improve the commercialisation of their service through the implementation and certification of this standard. This certification is also benefitial for the students, as it helps them select the training that best suits their needs and expectations.
In this process, a satisfaction cycle is defined – the needs and expectations of the students are identified, the training action and the content proposal are designed, available training options are identified, the contents of the training action are created oand selected, and the degree of student satisfaction is measured.
