Emergency Plan
The emergency plan is a process for dealing with risk and emergency situations in accordance with the requirements of Article 20 of Law 31/1995 Prevention of Occupational Risks. Where it is stated that the employer must guarantee the safety and health of the workers in his service acting in case of emergency and imminent risk.
All companies with employees are obligated to analyze possible emergency situations and adopt measures to deal with them, mainly in terms of first aid, firefighting and evacuation of workers. These measures are included in the Emergency Plan.
