Non-destructive testing on ships and vessels

In OCA Global we carry out all types of Non-Destructive Tests focused on the naval industry – of naval components or of the whole ship – to guarantee safety.

We have the latest technology and equipment available to detect potential defects through the most advanced testing techniques such as: thermography, ultrasonic techniques, magnetic particles, X ray of welded connections, etc. We use the most appropriate test techniques to determine the condition of the ship’s hull or any component – metallic or composite materials (PRFV-KEVLAR-SANDWHICH-etc. For this purpose, water tightness, acoustic emissions, fire protection, currents and electric isolation tests are carried out.
